Locate a copier with low counter reading & good service record

Remove all accessories, covers, panels,DV unit, laser, imaging unit, strip copier down to frame, vacuum 7 blow out unit. Replace all paper feed, auxillary & registration rollers.

Clean & test laser unit. Reinstall & allign in copier.

Clean & test scanner unit. Reinstall & allign on copier.

Parts to be replaced during remanufacturing process.

Rebuild transport unit.

nstall transport unit.

Rebuild development unit.

Install development unit.

Rebuild fuser unit.

Install fuser unit.

Rebuild imaging unit.

Install imaging unit.

Reinstall all covers.

Remove all covers off RADF unit vacuum and blow out. Clean all feed rollers.

Replace fedd in belt. Pick-up seperation rollers & install in RADF unit.

Reinstall covers on RADF.

Remove all covers off finisher vacuum & blow out. Clean all feed rollers.

Reinstall all covers on finisher.

Assemble all components of copier system, calibrate & test thoroughly.
